Return Policy
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t- perhaps it’s a little too big, or the style just isn’t you- we’ll gladly exchange the item(s) or issue a refund back to your original method of payment. We will process a return up to 45 days after purchase. Refunds/exchanges are only applicable to unused products with hangtags still attached. This policy only covers return requests for non-defective products purchased directly from our online store www.froggtoggs.com. Requests for potentially defective products are covered under a separate Warranty Policy www.froggtoggs.com/warranty.
To submit a request for a return, scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the Start a Return link. Enter your email address and order number. If you are still within the return window, you will be prompted to answer a few questions. Once finished, your request will be sent to us for approval. You will receive an email letting you know that we received your request, and that it is under review. You will receive another email once your request is approved. This email will contain instructions for your next steps. Please do not return your item(s) prior to receiving the approval email.
Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and a packing slip. Please include the slip inside your package and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your package. Regrettably, in most cases, customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses and original shipping cost is also not refunded. If you qualify for a shipping label from us, your approval email will state that. Please feel free to use the most convenient and available shipping method for you. However, to protect your package from loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend using a shipping service which provides accurate and up-to-date tracking information. Please retain all shipping receipts and correspondence with frogg toggs. Frogg Toggs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your return is received and the credit is applied to your original method of payment, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
