WARRANTY POLICY

At Frogg Toggs, we stand behind our products and build our rain gear using only the highest quality technical fabrics, the most experienced manufacturing facilities, and state of the art technology and equipment. To help protect your investment and peace of mind, we offer several levels of warranty protection. Depending on the style and fabric of your particular rain gear, we offer warranty coverages of 60 days, 1 year, 2 year and some lifetime coverage from the original date of purchase.

• To activate your warranty, scan the QR code attached to your rain gear or visit our online warranty registration page HERE. For your warranty to be valid, you must complete the registration process no more than 30 days beyond the date of purchase. Retain your original purchase receipt. All warranty returns must be accompanied by an original purchase receipt even if registered in our system.
• Unregistered product (less than 30 days old) returned for repair or replacement under warranty must be accompanied by a legible, original purchase receipt or proof of purchase that shows CLEARLY the date, place, and amount of purchase along with detailed item information to qualify for warranty coverage.
• Warranty coverage is exclusive to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
• Products returned under warranty must be received clean, dry, and free from debris and foreign objects – NO EXCEPTIONS. Items returned in any other condition will be shipped back to the owner at owner’s expense without review or remedy to the warranty claim.
• Products accepted under warranty will be extensively tested for defects via positive pressure submersion tank. If no defects are discovered after multiple tests, the product will be returned to owner without further remedy.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage not related to a manufacturing defect, improper or commercial use, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repair, modifications, or improper care.
• Products accepted under warranty will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Frogg Toggs and repaired or replaced products will carry the balance of the original product warranty of one year from original date of purchase. Warranty does not begin again on repairs or replacements.
• Products accepted under warranty are only eligible for repair or replacement - refunds for used products are not available.
• In the event your model is currently unavailable, Frogg Toggs will provide replacement options. Items with greater retail value than your original purchase price or new generations of discontinued products are subject to an upgrade charge.

This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. In no event shall Frogg Toggs, its suppliers, or distributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages including property damage, loss of value, or any damage to third-party products used in or with the Frogg Toggs product, nor shall any implied warranties extend beyond the duration of this express warranty. In no event shall Frogg Toggs be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product failure(s). There are no other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty.
