Return Policy for Our Online Store
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don’t – perhaps it’s a little too big, or the style just isn’t you – we’ll gladly exchange the item/s or issue a refund back to the credit card used for the purchase. This policy only covers return requests for non-defective products purchased directly from our online store www.froggtoggs.com. Requests for potentially defective products are covered under a separate Warranty Policy www.froggtoggs.com/warrantypolicy.
Please have your packing slip ready when completing the return form. Once completed form is received a Frogg Toggs Representative will contact you to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, within 2 business days. The RMA# must be clearly indicated on the outside and inside of the package on all return shipments. Products must be in unused and resalable condition upon return. Regrettably, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses, nor are original shipping cost refunded. Please feel free to use most convenient and available shipping method for you. However to protect your package from loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend using a shipping service which provides accurate and up-to-date tracking information. Please retain all shipping receipts and correspondence with FroggToggs. FroggToggs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Once return is received and the credit is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
